We ensure your Lemelo Glow experience is smooth, reliable, and stress-free from order to delivery.
We currently deliver within South Africa using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days depending on your location.
We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. Lemelo Glow cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your package’s progress online.
We want you to love your Lemelo Glow products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verifying the issue.
